4. Rehoming Policy

Eligibility

To ensure the safety and well-being of our French Bulldogs, all potential homes must:

We reserve the right to deny rehoming if we determine the placement is not in the best interest of the dog.

5. Deposits & Payments

  • Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at pickup

Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of deposit.

6. Health & Veterinary Care

All French Bulldogs are examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to rehoming and receive age-appropriate:

  • Vaccinations
  • Deworming
  • Health checks

Buyers are responsible for continuing veterinary care after rehoming. We strongly recommend pet insurance for all French Bulldogs.

7. No Guarantees Beyond Health Disclosure

French Bulldogs are living animals. While we prioritize health and temperament:

  • We do not guarantee size, color, markings, fertility, or show quality
  • We are not responsible for future medical conditions beyond those disclosed at rehoming

8. Rehoming & Return Policy

If at any time the owner can no longer care for their French Bulldog:

  • The dog must be returned to Oklahoma French Bulldogs or rehomed with our written approval
  • Dogs may not be surrendered to shelters, rescues, or third parties without consent

Rehoming fees are non-refundable.

9. Owner Responsibilities

New owners agree to:

  • Provide proper nutrition, shelter, and medical care
  • Maintain a safe, loving home environment
  • Not use the dog for illegal activities or neglectful purposes

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in repossession.

10. Limitation of Liability

For families outside the region, we can arrange flight nanny delivery, where a trained professional accompanies your French Bulldog puppy in-cabin on a commercial flight and delivers them directly to you at the airport.
